➢ Discounts offered by SMAC (including group discounts) must also require payment at the time of registration.

➢ Discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer.

 

 

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

 

➢ You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable notice to SMAC, 15 days prior the event.

➢ If SMAC cancels an event for any reason, you will receive 100% credit of the contract fee paid. You could either use it to register with SMAC future events or have it refunded within 30 days from the time of receipt.

➢ Registrations cancelled less than 15 days before the event will not be refunded.

 

 

REFUND

 

Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment. A refund must be requested in writing prior the event. It is feasible to cancel the attendance two weeks prior to the respective event for an administrative fee of AED 50.00. For less than oneweek, full attendance fee must be paid unless another participant is replaced.

 

 

PAYMENT GUIDELINES

 

➢ Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunch, refreshments and detailed conference materials.

➢ Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.

➢ If a booking is received 10 working days before the conference a credit card number will be required to confirm your place, likewise if full payment has not been received before the conference date.
